1. What photography style do you specialize in?

We document love stories with a cinematic, editorial lens. Our work is emotive, intentional, and focused on genuine connection—less about posing, more about presence.

2. Do you travel?

Yes. We’re based in Atlanta, GA, but we happily travel for love stories across the country. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

3. Do you offer traditional posed family portraits?

Not quite. Our lifestyle sessions are for families and couples who value authentic connection over perfectly posed smiles. We’ll guide you gently, but we focus on emotion, not perfection.

4. What’s the turnaround time?

For couples, lifestyle, and maternity sessions: 2 weeks or less.

Weddings are delivered in 6–8 weeks.

5. Can you help us pick a location?

Absolutely! We always recommend starting with places that matter to you (ex: where you first met, had your first date, your favorite hangout spot, even your own home). The more meaning a location holds, the more your photos will feel like you. We're happy to help brainstorm if you’re stuck!

6. What time of day is best for lighting?

We like to shoot during golden hour and blue hour. That means right before and after sunrise, and right before and after sunset. That soft, glowy light gives your photos a warm, cinematic feel. We don’t shoot mid-day outdoors because the lighting is too harsh and creates unflattering shadows. If we're shooting indoors, we'll need a space with big windows and plenty of natural light to keep things looking their best.

7. Can you help us with planning?

Of course!! This is one of our favorite parts! Once you book, we’ll schedule a call to get to know you better (your story, your vibe, your favorite things as a couple., etc).From there, we’ll put together a custom mood board based on what we think you’ll love. You’re welcome to send over any inspo (Pinterest boards, TikToks, vibes, etc.) and we’ll collaborate to refine the aesthetic, colors, and overall feel so it reflects you. We’re here to bring your vision to life and make the whole process easy and fun.

8. Do you deliver raw images?

No. Every photo you receive is hand-edited to reflect the full Ari Amir aesthetic. Raw files aren’t a part of our offering.
